This depends on the IL-2 concentration in the process you've developed. Each bag of CytoPak GMP IL-2 (Cat# GMP-L02H14GB01) contains 15×10⁶ IU. If used at 200 IU/mL, one bag would suffice for at least 75 liters of medium. We recommend calculating the medium volume based on your desired IL-2 concentration.
Since the residual amount in the bag and outlet tube is minimal, customers can choose whether to rinse them based on their preference. We have tested both rinsed and unrinsed scenarios, and the results were the same.
First, customers should confirm the clamp is functioning properly. Once the cytokines have completely thawed, secure the clamp immediately. If the clamp is faulty, use hemostatic forceps to clamp the outlet tube near the bag after the cytokines have fully thawed.
